Aperol Spritz Cocktail Recipe


Originally this recipe is from northern Italy and has spread across the world because of its light and refreshing taste. A very distinctive taste that we can describe as the perfect bittersweet taste. Enjoy this cocktail recipe in the evening and feel like you are having dinner in Italy.

This is the combination of aperol and prosecco. Mix like a pro following this recipe. Also, make sure you have lots of ice and orange slices ready!

Ingredients:

Plenty of ice

Aperol

Prosecco

Soda

An orange slice

Method:

Fill your large wine glass (or official Aperol Spritz glass!) with plenty of ice.

Add 3 parts Prosecco, then 2 parts Aperol. Add a dash of soda and stir briefly.

Garnish with an orange slice.
